Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and coordinate daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, renewals, data gathering, and carrier communications.
• Maintain client relationships and uphold IOA core values.
