Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Benefits Associate Account Manager based in the United States. This remote role supports day-to-day management and growth of an assigned insurance client portfolio.

You will build strong relationships with clients, carriers, internal teams, and offshore partners while delivering responsive, high-quality service. The role focuses on renewals, policy administration, endorsements, and client requests.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in insurance, account servicing, customer service, or a related environment.
• Current and active Life & Health insurance license.
• Strong understanding of insurance servicing processes and state-specific requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with policy information and data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple accounts and priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationships with clients, carriers, colleagues, and partners.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities for client and operational issues.
• Proficiency with computers, internet-based tools, and Microsoft applications.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed and offshore teams.
• Reliable home-office setup with minimum 6 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; direct modem connection; satellite internet not supported.
• Commitment to respectful, collaborative, safe, and professional workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an assigned book of business following service standards and coordinating with internal and offshore teams.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, carriers, team members, and implementation partners.
• Provide comprehensive customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving questions via phone, email, fax, and mail.
• Manage renewal lifecycle including applications, renewal information, carrier quotes, and quote presentations; coordinate binders and update systems.
• Process policy endorsements, coverage changes, certificate requests, and other servicing requirements within timelines.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and transaction records in agency management and related systems.
• Manage accounting activities for assigned accounts and complete required surplus filings.
