Job summary

OptumCare is seeking a compassionate behavioral health therapist to deliver virtual services across the United States, with licensing in Nebraska and a commitment of at least 15 hours per week.

You will join a collaborative care team, use evidence-based practices, and coordinate with supervisors, nurses, and other providers while maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Current, active Nebraska license (LIMHP/LMHP).
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination, document session notes.
• Coordinate with care team to access resources and obtain consent/authorization forms.
• Address high-risk participant encounters following company protocols.
• Attend supervisor meetings, training sessions, and Town Halls.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and complete annual training.
