Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care seeks compassionate therapists to deliver remote behavioral health services across the U.S. You will work with a supportive team of coaches and supervisors to provide evidence-based care and ensure patient access to resources. Telecommuting flexibility and ongoing training are provided.

You’ll collaborate with care teams, document notes, coordinate resources, and adhere to HIPAA policies while delivering high-quality virtual care to diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in NM: LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.
• Ability to commit 15–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations, and document session notes
• Participate as a member of the care team and assist participants with accessing resources, consent, and authorization forms
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following company protocols
• Attend regular meetings with supervisors, training sessions, and Town Halls
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and complete annual training requirements
