• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in the United States.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical care experience.

• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
• Knowledge of medical policy criteria.

Responsibilities

• Utilization Management & Clinical Review: conducts comprehensive behavioral health utilization reviews and determines appropriate level of care.
• Care Coordination & Member Support: coordinates care with members, families, providers, and clients to access services and support discharge planning.
• Compliance, Systems & Professional Development: maintains regulatory compliance and documents using clinical systems; ongoing professional development.
