Job summary

Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions is seeking licensed Therapists to join our fully remote team serving clients across the United States. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and telehealth-based care, with collaboration among an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, and psychologists.

We value evidence-based practices and diverse populations, and provide comprehensive practice support and resources to ensure streamlined service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, Ed.D).
• Licensed to practice in the United States.
• Experience providing therapy across lifespan preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other therapists.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed.
• Complete required EHR training modules.
