Job summary

Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth position licensed to practice in applicable states. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and couples and support clients through assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

This W-2 role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a growing mental health startup from home, with supervision and collaboration across a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria for assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing support.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team check-ins.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director for case guidance.
