Job summary

Consciousabraxas, a mental health company, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You’ll provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and families across licensed states, maintaining DSM-5 criteria and client-centered treatment plans.

This W-2 position offers flexible hours and 100% remote work, with compensation of $45–$55 per client session, depending on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state license (LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria for assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing support.
• Participate in supervision and team check-ins.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and therapists for case guidance.
