This is a fully remote position with evening shifts (3pm-11pm). Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and licensure as LPC or LCSW.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required.
• Licensure as LPC or LCSW is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial situation for each patient.
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare team members, and community agencies to implement treatment plans.
