Job summary

This remote role covers evening shifts (3pm–11pm) and focuses on assessing patients with behavioral health concerns in the Emergency Department and making treatment recommendations.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and an LPC or LCSW license.

Responsibilities

• Assess social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare team members, and community agencies to develop and implement plans to address identified needs.
• Provide recommendations for treatment and disposition for each patient.

Education
