Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and licensure as LPC or LCSW.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Assess patients and collaborate with care teams in emergency settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial situations for each patient.
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare teams, and community agencies to implement plans.
