citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility are required. Essential duties include supervising staff, ensuring coverage, applying evidence-based therapies, and participating in military-specific training and research activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in lieu of degree.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and cultivate high performance.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage for the program area.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the program area.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision and participate in quality improvement.
