Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide behavioral healthcare, counseling, case management, and clinical support services for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel and their families. This role strengthens readiness and resilience, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders. U.S.

citizenship and a Secret clearance are required or eligible. The position involves research participation, quality improvement activities, and assisting in program development

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience in behavioral health.
• Current LCSW or LMSW with license valid in the state of practice.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counseling with applicable licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees to maintain high performance.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage for the program area.
• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military leaders.
