Mass General Brigham is seeking a Resource Specialist to remotely support behavioral health services across the system. The role focuses on improving patient throughput and access, coordinating care, and collaborating with an access team and stakeholders systemwide.

The position is hybrid, 20 hours per week, Tue–Fri, 11:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a central call line and inbox for BH referrals. Applicants should have a relevant bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in mental health care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or Health Care
• 2-3 years of experience in the mental health care field

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate referrals for behavioral health care across MGB EDs, units and inpatient BH units
• Monitor system-wide capacity to guide placement
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across MGB
• Document and track tasks in medical records (Epic) or elsewhere
• Assist with data collection, analysis (Excel), and reporting (PowerPoint)
• Respond to calls, emails, faxes, and Teams chats from stakeholders
• Cross-cover central access tasks (admissions and bed searches) and central disposition
• Attend department meetings and assist with additional tasks
