Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive evaluation of a disability claimant functionality.
• Advises on highly complex claims at clinical review rounds.
• Determines when claims have quality of care issues and escalates.
• Conferences with treating providers to evaluate symptoms.
• Collaborates with vocational rehab and medical reviewers to move claims toward resolution.
• Manages STD to LTD transitions on behavioral health claims.
