Zusammenfassung

Alliance is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to cover the 24-hour crisis line, performing telephonic screenings, triage, and referrals to connect individuals with appropriate services. This daytime role includes weekend and holiday shifts and requires residency in North Carolina with a 6–8 week virtual training period.

Responsibilities include crisis triage, safety coordination, and referral documentation, with opportunities to work hybrid/remote once trained and compliant with policies.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Human Services with at least 3 years post-degree experience delivering mental health support services.
• Current, active behavioral health license in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS, LPA, LMFT).

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial screenings, assessments, reviews and referrals.
• Perform clinical triage decisions from telephonic screenings.
• Ensure safe linkage to services and resources and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with emergency services and care teams.
• Provide supervision and training to non-licensed call center staff.
