• Ability to resolve complex behavioral, medical and psychosocial issues.
• Telephonic assessment and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and crisis intervention for at-risk members.
• Engage with members and families; assess needs and navigate to services.
• Deescalate callers; provide brief supportive counseling in crises.
