UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Case Management. Lead a team, oversee clinical and operational activities, and support staff through coaching, audits, and case management services. The role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, based on full-time employment.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (Ph.D./Psy.D., LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, and/or RN).
• Nevada state license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• 5+ years of behavioral health experience.
• 1+ years of case management experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health levels of care, community resources, care transitions, crisis and safety planning, and social drivers of health.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead staff, provide case consultation, and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated solid clinical documentation, auditing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Staff supervision and daily operations: lead case managers and care coordination staff, assignments, coverage planning, workload monitoring, schedule support.
• Clinical consultation and staffing: lead case consultations for complex cases, identify barriers, strengthen care plans, coordinate resources.
• Direct case management: maintain a caseload, complete assessments, develop care plans, outreach, coordinate care, document timely.
• Care coordination and member support: assist members and caregivers with navigation, engagement, safety planning, and transitions.
• Quality auditing and compliance: complete audits, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and NCQA/Medicaid compliance.
• Audit follow-up and corrective action: communicate findings, coach, monitor remediation, assist audits.
• Program and workflow oversight: implement programs, templates, reports, and quality-improvement activities.
• Training and onboarding: orient and mentor staff, document standards, care planning, and system use.
• Collaboration and representation: partner with utilization management, providers, and stakeholders.
