Molina Healthcare is seeking a Texas-licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LMSW, or LCSW) to support Medicaid members with behavioral health needs. Most work is telephonic, with potential in-person meetings. Prior case management in an MCO is preferred; applicants from anywhere in Texas are welcome.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM in the local time zone. Applicants should have experience with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and care coordination.

Formación

• 2+ years health care experience, prefer behavioral health.
• Active, unrestricted license in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments within timelines.
• Develop and implement care plans with member and care network.
• Conduct telephonic, in-person, or home visits as required.
• Monitor care plan effectiveness and document interventions.
• Manage ongoing member caseload with regular outreach.
• Promote integration of services to enhance continuity of care.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care team meetings and ICT collaboration.
• Use motivational interviewing to educate and support change.
• Identify barriers to care and provide coordination assistance.
• May provide consultation to peers as needed.
• Travel 25–40% depending on state/contractual requirements.
