Job summary

Bel Aire Recovery Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referrals and relationships across professional sources while working remotely in the Kansas City metro area. You will develop and implement programs to expand lines of service and improve admissions from physicians, clinics, EAPs, and managed care partners.

The role requires strong networking, CRM usage, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment; a valid driver's license is required for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years’ related experience in healthcare business development and marketing role preferred.
• Strong understanding of local market and referral base; organized with strong relational skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including physicians, EAPs, managed care organizations and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM and maintains referral/admission records and statistics.
• Generates face-to-face meetings and admissions activity per goals and reports in CRM.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional events and educates clients and referral sources about programs and services.
• Collaborates with Admissions and discharge planning staff to ensure smooth referrals and admissions.
