The role involves pre-admission screenings, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and meticulous documentation, with preferred experience in Kipu EMR and Zoho CRM to support efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• At least one year of admissions or intake experience in behavioral health.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling sensitive client information with privacy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport with clients and families, explaining the admissions process clearly.
• Conduct pre-admission screenings and collect demographic, clinical, insurance data.
• Verify benefits and communicate coverage information accurately.
• Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations and admission requirements.
• Enter and maintain client information in Kipu EMR and Zoho CRM.
