Job summary

Renaissance Recovery in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Admissions Counselor to support new clients and their families during intake. As the first point of contact, you will assist with screenings, insurance verification, documentation, and ensure a smooth transition into care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in drug/alcohol or behavioral health admissions.
• Familiar with EMR systems; Kipu experience is a plus.
• Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred) or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve.
