Job summary

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our Inclusive Collection Sales Team. You will collaborate with the North America and Global Field Sales teams to drive growth and build strong relationships with travel agencies and advisors.

The role requires strategic execution, product trainings, managing territory across multiple states, and travel up to 75%. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in sales/marketing, plus proven partner management, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in sales/marketing.
• 2–3+ years in field sales or business development within travel industry.
• Proven ability to build trust, influence partners, and grow relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic & international).
• Based in Southern California or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Drive Inclusive Collection sales and business growth within your territory covering 4 states.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with travel agencies and advisors.
• Deliver product trainings, escort travel advisor FAM trips, and represent at events.
• Collaborate with tour operators and internal teams to maximize opportunities.
• Manage regional budget and track ROI using Salesforce, with regular reviews.
