Responsibilities

• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced, high-volume dealership environment.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Answer calls using a multi-line phone operator system.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and direct to the appropriate department.
• Identify and escalate customer service issues to supervisors.
• Follow scripts and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service.
