Kalagara, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Marketing team in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will recruit and onboard loan officers and real estate agents while supporting client-facing lead nurturing and day-to-day operations.

No prior real estate or mortgage experience is required as we provide training; the ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excels at communication with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Proactive, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication via phone and email; client-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and outreach to loan officer and real estate agent candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to engage candidates.
• Nurture candidate relationships with structured follow-up.
• Coordinate handoffs to onboarding and agreement processes.
• Support senior team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
