Convertros is a remote-first sales organization where high performers thrive and growth is a structured path. This role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a set schedule Wed-Sun or four 10-hour shifts, remote from anywhere, and a commission-based structure that rewards performance.

You will handle inbound leads for U.S. consumer brands in financial services and home improvement, book bookings, enrollments, and own your pace with real-time coaching. No micromanagement, just growth.
