The role requires experience recruiting behavioral health positions, strong communication skills, and knowledge of ATS practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting behavioral health/psychology roles in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/sourcing and resume review.
• Phone screens and data tracking.
• Postings in ATS and job boards.
• Collaborate with HR/location teams to onboard new hires.
• Keep market notes on BCBA and related roles.
• Interview coordination and extending offers.
