Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and registration in BACB ethics code.
• Experience supervising BCBA trainees in fieldwork.
• Ability to supervise virtually and provide timely feedback.

Responsibilities

• Act as Clinical Supervisor for BCBA trainees.
• Provide 5% supervision of each trainee’s monthly fieldwork hours.
• Hold at least 1 hour of observation monthly (live or recorded).
• Maintain 4+ contacts with each trainee per month throughout the semester.
