Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress, maintain documentation, ensure ethical standards, and promote clinical and professional success, with flexible scheduling and no caseload limits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
