Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking experienced Fieldwork Supervisors to support BCBA supervisees in completing fieldwork requirements. Positions are available across multiple states and may be structured as hybrid or telehealth, depending on location and operating needs.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available; part-time candidates must maintain a minimum of 15 hours of weekly availability. You will supervise, mentor, and ensure compliance with BACB standards and state regulations

Qualifications

• Active BCBA license with at least 5 years of experience.
• Must hold active licensure in every state where supervision is provided.
• Experience providing fieldwork supervision and mentorship.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide fieldwork supervision and mentorship in accordance with BACB standards and company expectations.
• Facilitate group supervisions and oversee unrestricted and restricted fieldwork activities.
• Collaborate with supervisees' responsible supervisors to ensure training continuity.
• Support supervisees in clinical skill development and professional growth.
• Maintain a small caseload.
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision reviews, and mentorship initiatives.
• Ensure all supervision and clinical activities comply with state and BACB requirements.
