Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Remote Fieldwork Supervisor (BCBA) to mentor practicum students and supervise Case Supervisors while leading clinical coaching and decision‑making development. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, growth paths for BCBAs, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Travel to AZ for in-person support 5–8 days per month is expected; the position is mostly remote with ongoing supervision responsibilities and a commitment to quality care for children aged 2–6

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required
• BCBA certification and 2+ years of BCBA experience required
• Experience with ABA early intervention and supervision for practicum/fieldwork students

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor up to 4 Case Supervisors for BCBA exam prep and role readiness
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision and Case Supervisor coaching
• Maintain a small caseload as needed to support supervision staff
• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on assessments and treatment plans
• Use ESDM-informed strategies and receive training
• Organize and host quarterly continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs
• Aim to achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting
