Job summary

Childwise ABA seeks a BCBA to deliver applied behavior analysis services for children with autism in a remote Wisconsin setting. You will assess needs, design individualized plans, implement interventions, and collect data to guide treatment.

Collaboration with speech, OT, and education teams is essential. The role requires strong communication, clinical oversight, and flexibility to work across homes, schools, and community sites. This contract offers hourly compensation and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (and Massachusetts LBA) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address challenging behaviors.
• Provide direct behavior therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
