Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking a skilled BCBA to provide remote behavior analysis services for clients with autism across various settings. You will assess needs, design individualized interventions, and deliver direct therapy while collaborating with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Massachusetts LBA required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
• Strong communication to collaborate with families and teams.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
• Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment planning and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and team members on behavior management techniques.

Education

BCBA certification

LBA (Massachusetts)
