Job summary

RM Autism Therapy is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Niles, IL. This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy and supporting individuals with autism and their families.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct FBAs and assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care. A BCBA certificate and Illinois license are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Illinois BCBA license.
• Experience with children and/or adults diagnosed with ASD.
• Proficiency in FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS or similar assessments.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with RBTs or behavior technicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for family and team collaboration.
• Compassionate, patient, solution-focused client care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists.
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
