CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS is seeking a Remote BCBA Supervisor & Clinical Consultant to oversee telehealth and in-person sessions, supervise RBTs and student analysts, and lead caregiver training. You will carry a real caseload and maintain high clinical standards in a remote work setting.

The role requires active BCBA certification, at least two years of supervision, and strong skills in caregiver-mediated treatment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment.
• Adapt your supervision to the person in front of you.
• Pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
• Manage your time and documentation without being chased.
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership.
• Passes background check.

The Role

100% remote, with oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes. You will carry a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups. Minimum 30 clinical hours per week; 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is the expectation, not the ceiling.
