CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency offering 100% remote BCBA Supervisory and Clinical Consultation. You will oversee telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes, manage a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and lead social skills groups.

Minimum 30 clinical hours weekly with 90% utilization expected. The role demands active BCBA certification, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment.
• Adapt your supervision to the person in front of you.
• Pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
• Manage your time and documentation without being chased.
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership.
• Passes background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry a real caseload and supervise RBTs and student analysts.
