Job summary

Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (CLASS) seeks a Lead BCBA to supervise clinical staff and deliver high-quality ABA services in a privately run environment. We offer remote flexibility and a supportive team that cares.

You will oversee weekly supervision, mentor RBTs and Case Managers, and ensure thorough assessments, goal-setting and clinical meetings. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits for FT staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervising clinical staff.
• Strong ABA skills: BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET.
• Reliable car and CA driver's license with insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers to grow with confidence.
