Job summary

CSLOT - Center for Speech, Language, Occupational Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis is seeking a BCBA for part-time, non-exempt clinical work within our clinical department. The role includes evaluations, treatments, and counseling for families, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration.

The BCBA will supervise staff, train team members, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while coordinating with the ABA Program Manager and VP of Clinical Programs to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field related to Child Psychology, Behavior, etc.
• Eighteen months of experience in a human services delivery system including at least one year in a comparable program.
• Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the physical safety of the client.
• Ensures program effectiveness through overlaps, audits of session notes, IOA data, and performance books.
• Plans, manages, coordinates, and evaluates assigned staff efforts to achieve clinical goals and objectives.
• Conduct client assessments and provide direct services to clients and their parents.
• Provides training and supervision of behavior program staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians.
