Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with 75% remote flexibility and approximately 25% in-person supervision for clients and RBTs in Maryland. You will manage a small caseload, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while ensuring compliance with state and payer requirements.

You'll collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, document thoroughly, and participate in ongoing mentorship and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
