Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a high-support team in a role that offers 75% remote work and about 25% in-person supervision in Maryland. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a focus on quality care with small caseloads, and strong administrative support to allow clinicians to provide top-tier services.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA credential and Maryland LBA license, with experience supervising RBTs and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification.
Active Maryland LBA license.
Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.

Responsibilities

Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
