Job summary

Precious Care ABA in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote role. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active state Licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting treatment strategies.
• Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs.
• Works collaboratively with families and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Goal-oriented and organized.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs.
• Professional across a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.

• Support and empower families through education and guidance.
