Cortica in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role. You will lead a transdisciplinary team and oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.

In this role, you’ll supervise behavior technicians, balance clinical care with administrative duties, and work with families to create individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• Current BCBA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
