Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians (BTs) and coordinating a transdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for pediatric ABA clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Coordinate care within Cortica’s transdisciplinary team (OT, speech, pediatrics).
• Ensure scheduling, supervision, and credentialing support for clinical operations.
