Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing North Carolina team. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to support families across the state while mentoring RBTs and developing individualized treatment plans.

You will conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.), provide remote clinical oversight, design BIPs, collaborate with families and our clinical team, and handle documentation. NC-eligible licensure and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC licensure eligibility.
• Experience with telebehavioral supervision.
• Experience with DTT, NET, and naturalistic teaching.
• Collaborative, client-centered approach.
• Strong remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing remote clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Designing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and our clinical team.
• Completing timely documentation and reauthorizations.
