Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing remote clinical team in a full-time capacity. You will oversee client care, provide supervision, and ensure treatment fidelity across a caseload focused on North Carolina.

As a BCBA, you will perform assessments, design and update BIPs, supervise RBTs via telehealth, and train caregivers. You will ensure documentation meets NC Medicaid and payer standards and collaborate with an interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active North Carolina behavior analyst license (or eligibility).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-certification clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of NC Medicaid ABA billing, documentation, and telehealth policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic data collection systems.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians, via telehealth.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, reassessments, and reauthorization requests per NC Medicaid and payer requirements.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
