Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care across multiple settings in North Carolina. You will develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents to support progress in-home, in daycares, and in schools.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, with back-office support to let you focus on client care; flexible in-person or remote supervision is available and NC LBA credentials are required or in process.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
