We Achieve ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote, part-time role. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and supervise RBTs, ensuring accurate implementation of plans while supporting families across home, school, and community settings.

Strong ABA background, NC LBA and BCBA certification, and excellent communication are essential. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, assessments, and working with families.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and support RBTs to ensure behavior plans are implemented correctly.
• Work closely with families to implement strategies at home, school, and in the community.
• Track and analyze data to measure impact and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to families on effective behavior management techniques.
