Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care and supervision. The role focuses on treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across home, daycare and school settings.

You will work with families to implement evidence-based strategies, participate in team meetings, and ensure HIPAA and BACB compliance while receiving strong mentorship and back-office support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.
• Must have NC LBA or be in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
