Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for young clients. You will mentor BCBA candidates and RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality, ethical care across teams.

You will drive training, supervise staff, and shape treatment progress through data analysis, while fostering a culture of growth and compassionate service in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license required.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families for continued progress.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff to uphold standards.
