Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments via telehealth, building data-driven treatment plans and ensuring clinical readiness before case assignment. You will work in a fast-growing, remote startup environment, collaborating with families and multi-state teams, using FronteraCare’s AI-enabled Assessment Builder to inform care decisions while upholding BACB ethics and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification in good standing and a Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a BCBA in clinical or educational settings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with telehealth and remote supervision.
• Strong clinical writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via caregiver interviews, records, observation, and standardized tools.
• Develop data-driven treatment and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
